The Dallas County Commissioners Court on Thursday in March approved Court Order Appointment No. 1 to the Dallas Metro Care Service Board of Trustees, and corrected the appointee's name to Jon Karp (spelled J-O-N). The court took the action during a short special-call meeting that was announced in session by the bailiff, who named Commissioner Elba Garcia as presiding.
