The Mobile City Council approved a slate of consent resolutions, purchase orders and appointments under rule waivers. Items approved include an agreement with Kingdom Construction Group for Bolton’s Branch drainage improvements; an operating agreement with the Mobile Museum Board for operations and management of the History Museum of Mobile, Fort Condie and the Phoenix Fire Museum; multiple purchase orders for public-safety equipment and stormwater vegetation removal; and the appointment of Vincent Robinson to the Water and Sewer Board and Peter Sussman to the History Museum board.
The council also approved a purchase order to Dogwood Productions for city website software and work on ADA web accessibility requirements. Several of the consent items were handled with a motion to waive rules for immediate consideration and approved by voice vote.
