Forks council accepts Bogachiel Way paver, authorizes contract closeout
The City of Forks accepted final completion of the Bogachiel Way Paver project and authorized staff to complete closeout and release final payment and retainage in accordance with Washington State law.

Public Works Director Hampton told the council that formal acceptance of the Bogachiel Way Paver project was required to close out the contract. Council Member Wood moved and Council Member Soha seconded a motion to approve final acceptance and to authorize staff to complete project closeout and to release final payment and retainage in accordance with Washington State law. The motion carried.
