Council adopts five‑year Measure A program as staff warns streets funding falls short
The council voted to adopt the five‑year Measure A local program (resolution 6801) to secure funding beginning July 1. Public Works staff said the citywide pavement condition index (PCI) averages 52 and that current budgets will not sustain or improve conditions without additional annual spending.
