Board approves zone change for Raptor Ranch (Bedrock) to allow fuel pumps, vendors and RV improvements

The Coconino County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a zone change March 17 that will reclassify a 30‑acre parcel known locally as Raptor Ranch or Bedrock from G (general) to CG (commercial general).
