Council selects Donlanger Construction as construction manager at risk for Public Works campus

Augusta's public utilities director asked the council to authorize contract negotiations with Donlanger Construction to serve as construction manager at risk for the new Public Works campus; council approved the selection and authorized staff to begin negotiations. Funding will include about $1.2 million from the electric utility and bond proceeds from the city's 2025 general‑obligation issue.
