Chair called the Public Art Advisory Committee to order and introduced a staff briefing on the Sierra Point Parcel R planning process. Staff described possible art elements for Parcel R — seating, gateway signage, interpretive features and kinetic installations — and asked whether the committee wanted art incorporated and whether it was willing to allocate funding for implementation.
