Council introduces amendment clarifying infrastructure responsibilities for Ferrari Ranch development
The council introduced an ordinance amending the development agreement with the Ferrari Ranch owners to clarify who builds and pays for water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure for two APNs; staff said federal funds will be used first for a segment between Buhek Road and Gir Road and the developer will cover remaining development costs.

The Atwater City Council on June 23 voted to waive the first reading and introduce an amendment to the development agreement with Ferrari Ranch property owners to clarify responsibility for water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure for APNs 005-120-045 and 005-120-046.
