Wilson County commissioners opened part of their meeting by reading and moving to adopt a proclamation declaring April as National Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month in Wilson County. A county presenter said Brandy Park'9s Crisis Center provided roughly 562 direct services to about 93 survivors in fiscal year 2025 and continues to coordinate hospital-based forensic exams and support with police and prosecutors.
