The Area Plan Commission on April 1 approved APC petition 2026-5, a request by Wayne and Chaney Spear to subdivide 2.99 acres out of 3.827 acres and rezone that parcel from R-4 to A-2 so the petitioners can build a single-family detached dwelling.
