Fergus County commissioners opened sealed bids for the 3rd Avenue Bridge project during their public meeting. Chair (S1) read aloud bid submissions and identified at least two contracting firms—Knife River and Rinker Materials—among respondents. A lump-sum bid of $214,005.15 was read into the record.
