Decatur council approves Main Street grant application, regional animal-control ILA and event closure
Council authorized Decatur Main Street to apply for a Texas Department of Agriculture downtown revitalization grant (up to $1M with 50% match), approved a $4,000 interlocal agreement to continue regional animal-control planning, and conditionally approved a street-closure event application for the March 7 Sip & Shop pending insurance naming the city as additional insured.
