Staff told the commission that after prior approval to demolish the structure at 503 West Ward Street, Mr. Hernandez performed the demolition, brought equipment to the site, and completed cleanup. Staff reported a reinspection on 09/29/2025 indicating the demo was finished and that the lot had been cleaned.
