Planning commission backs Nouvel Terrace PD amendment, approves related plat extension requests
The Decatur Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of a planned development amendment for Nouvel Terrace (700 Deer Park Road), approved 30-day extension requests for related preliminary and final plats and for two plats at 1904 West U.S. Highway 380, and sent the amended PD and conditioned preliminary plat to City Council for review.
