At the public hearing, Planning Director Lisa Hainan entered the staff report by reference and explained the city-initiated replat of four lots on South Hatcher Street (parcel numbers cited in staff materials) to document an alley and utility easements. The replat cleans up historical map inconsistencies and reflects approved special exceptions for existing nonconforming setbacks previously granted by the Board of Adjustments on Nov. 17.
