The license covers a lot adjacent to the city’s animal control facility and is intended to formalize shared use between the park district and the city. Vice Chair Patty Smith called for a motion; according to the meeting record the motion was offered by Alderman Garza and seconded by an alderman recorded in the transcript as "Alderman Venezuela." The committee approved the motion by voice vote, 4-0.
