Audit of draft article and identified issues

The final article was revised to state approximations, avoid invented specifics, and call out items needing verification.

Spelling: Issues found. The transcript contains inconsistent spellings of one hotel ('Cape Prairie' and 'Cape Brey'). The article uses the transcript spellings in proper_names and flags the inconsistency in the audit; verification of official hotel names is recommended.
