Fort Smith orders demolition of four long-vacant structures
The board approved an ordinance directing demolition of four dilapidated properties (3222 Blair, 3925 Roe, 1108 N 9th, 510 N K) and authorized the city administrator to proceed; demolition costs will be liened against the properties and may be certified to the county for collection if unpaid.
