At the March 24 meeting the Denton County Commissioners Court approved a series of procurement and contract items on the consent agenda by unanimous voice vote.
Key approvals included renewal of ITB 242805 for exterior lighting maintenance with CNG Electric Incorporated; cancellation of the contract with Suddath Workplace Solutions LLC under ITB 252,879 effective March 24, 2026; award of ITB 252,879 (elections moving services) to DeRay Moving and Storage; a contract with GT General Contractors for column repairs at the administrative complex in the amount of $107,332.61 through the Texas Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) cooperative contract 241001; and purchase of 'Grama' software from Vertisoft LLC for $222,394 over 2½ years via Department of Information Resources cooperative purchasing.
Motions were made and seconded by various commissioners; all items were approved unanimously and presented for recording or action as noted in the agenda materials.
