Parks staff outline master-plan projects; bids due, value-engineered community building design and grant application discussed

Parks staff told the board that bids for the Epping Springbrook campground remodel were due and that a public bid opening was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. the same day. The presenter asked the board to hold a special meeting on April 7, immediately following the county commission meeting, to consider a guaranteed maximum price so that construction could proceed promptly if numbers were acceptable.
