Sitting as the Library District board, the Mohave County supervisors directed library administration to draft proposed policy amendments requiring parental consent for minor library accounts, annual parental reauthorization, parental access to minors’ checkout history, and optional notification tools. The board asked staff to return with operational and implementation options within 60 days.
