Mohave County manager Sam Elters to leave; board hears ARPA spending update

The Mohave County Board of Supervisors on March 16 recognized County Manager Sam Elters, who said his last day will be March 27, and introduced David Strahl as his successor. Chair (speaker 2) presented Elters with a plaque and praised his leadership during a period of complex county projects and pandemic-era challenges.
