Committee approves multiple rezones, conditional-use permits and resolutions
The Richland County Natural Resources Standing Committee on April 6 approved several zoning petitions — including two family parcel splits, a Richwood Township split with a new house, a Buena Vista conditional-use permit to replace a destroyed home and two Ithaca Township rezonings — and forwarded resolutions to the county board as needed.
