The Bartlesville City Planning Commission acknowledged the withdrawal of a public hearing on a planned‑unit development (PUD) and site‑development plan for an approximately 15‑acre C‑3 major multifamily project west of the intersection of Southeast Newport Drive and Southeast Madison, near the 2,500 block of Southeast Washington Boulevard (U.S. Highway 75).
