DOT-driven roundabout design raises Perry’s local share by $450,700 for RISE grant
Iowa DOT’s move to a roundabout for the 141 and Willis Avenue intersection increased the city’s share under the RISE grant by $450,700. City staff said DOT staff have reviewed cost opinions and Perry expects the DOT Commission to consider final approval in May.
