County approves notices for Raintree culvert special assessment; schedules next hearing

Assistant General Counsel Chris Hicks briefed the board on the Raintree Corner subdivision culvert replacement project, including that emergency funding had been approved previously to allow public‑works work to begin. Hicks reviewed proposed forms for the notices that will be sent to property owners and asked the board to set a date certain for the required second hearing to set a special assessment.
