Pulaski Police warned residents in Giles County this week about an increase in potentially deadly fentanyl exposures, the Pulaski Citizen reported. Investigators Corey Medley and Lake Foster told the wrap that fentanyl can be present in small amounts and in various forms and urged people not to touch or handle suspected drugs.
