The commission considered Case #02-25-S (Twin Oaks), a proposal to construct two duplexes (four rental units) on two adjoining parcels at 24645 and 24629 Old Shook. Adam Young, the township planner, said the submission proposed two duplexes owned by a single entity and intended to be rented.
