Planning Commission recommends approval for temporary fireworks tent permit
The commission recommended approval to the Township Clerk for a 20' x 40' temporary tent to sell fireworks at Captain’s Party Store from June 15 to July 5 and carried the motion unanimously.

Planner Adam Young said an application was submitted by Ali Luaibi of Captain’s Party Store for a 20-by-40-foot tent to sell fireworks from June 15 through July 5. Under the township code the Clerk forwards such applications to the Planning Commission to determine consistency with permitted uses; the commission’s role is advisory.
