The commission approved the consent agenda minutes, passed several ordinances and resolutions, and postponed multiple development items to May 14, 2026; most votes were unanimous or near-unanimous.

The Norman Planning Commission completed routine and procedural business early in the meeting and approved the March 12, 2026 minutes on the consent docket. Multiple ordinance and resolution items were approved (including O-2526-39, O-2526-30, O-2526-53, O-2526-52, O-2526-51, R-2526-124, R-2526-123), and several other items were postponed to the May 14, 2026 meeting at the applicants’ request (notably O-2526-50, PP-2526-17 and items 11–14). Many votes passed unanimously; one rezoning (1130 Rambling Oaks Drive) passed 6-1.
