Planning commission forwards Paccaro rezoning to Township Board
The Harrison Township Planning Commission voted Aug. 21, 2025 to forward Case #10-25-RZ, a request by Paccaro Building Company to rezone two parcels (1.13 acres) from GC to R1-B, to the Township Board with a recommendation of approval after the applicant offered a covenant limiting development to single-family homes.
