2) Quantitative clarity: Transcript contained inconsistently formatted numbers (for example, "1,596,000.000" and a reference to "1.9" without units). Severity: medium. Fix: Numbers were normalized for readability ("$1,596,000") and any ambiguous figures from the transcript that lacked units were either omitted from the main text or described as "as stated in the transcript" with a clarifying note in the structured data.
3) Agency name usage: The transcript referred to the state authority as "Deed." The audit flagged potential ambiguity. Severity: low. Fix: The body uses "Department of Education" with a note that the transcript wrote "Deed," and the authorities list records the Department letter as referenced.
No instances were found of fabricated votes, invented ordinance numbers, or claims unsupported by the transcript.
