Roswell advances Riverside Park master plan, including first covered pavilion

Roswell officials described a package of improvements for Riverside Park on the Chattahoochee River that they said will begin implementing a parks master plan years in the making. Presenter (first speaker) called the project "groundbreaking" and said it signals that the city is finally able to act on a master plan that has been under development for well over a decade.
