The Sequoia Union High School District Board of Trustees on Wednesday approved the district’s 2024–25 financial audit, multiple construction‑related contracts and several resolutions.
Assistant Superintendent Janae Marking introduced Paul Pham of Chabon & Associates, who presented the June 30, 2025 audit. Pham said the firm issued an unmodified opinion and found no material weaknesses in internal control and no reportable noncompliance for state or federal programs. The board approved the audit following presentation.
The board also approved these action items by motion or roll call:

- Adoption of Resolution 15.7 directing preparation of the 2026–27 engineer’s report for the district’s Maintenance Assessment District (roll call 4–0, Trustee Cruz absent). (SEG 2638–2665)

Separately, the board reported a closed‑session settlement approval (case numbers 2025‑2026‑3 and 2025‑2026‑4) approved earlier in closed session by a vote of 3–0.
