“In February 2025, the center received 5,713 calls generating 2,736 calls for service,” Reyes said, and later reported surcharge revenues of $38,082.63. He told the board that probationary TCO Millie Annacletto completed TCO training and that TCO Felicia Delaine is in EMD training and awaiting state certification.
