Internal audit of draft articles

This audit reviewed the draft articles for spelling, clarity, chronology, framing, misinformation, misidentification, out_of_context use, quantitative precision, process clarity, context clarity, agency clarity, question emphasis, omission, bias, and duplicates. The audit identified one notable omission (absence of roll-call vote tallies in the minutes) and flagged that absence where relevant; otherwise no other issues requiring factual changes were found.
