Hampton Township Council Chair called the council to order and opened the public hearing for a conditional-use application filed by 7 Brew. The council then voted to continue the hearing at the applicant's request until the May 13 meeting.
The hearing was opened and a motion to continue was moved and seconded; Chair reported the applicant had requested an extension. The council approved both the motion to open and the motion to continue by roll call. The Chair said the extension was requested by "7 Brew" and that final plans were not yet available for questions.
Staff said the conditional-use, lot consolidation and final development materials will be provided at the public hearing when the applicant is ready. No substantive testimony for or against the application was recorded at this meeting, and the council made no substantive determinations on zoning changes at tonight’s session.
The council’s next step is to hold the continued public hearing on May 13, when the applicant is expected to present final materials and the council may then consider a vote or further continuance.
