Auburn updates warming center operations and funding commitment
City leaders reported the 100-person warming center is operating 24/7 through April 30, when it will convert to a 40-person emergency shelter; staff said a cooperative agreement with Alter LA/Cadence Kitchen is underway and gave projected city cost figures and transportation arrangements.
