The Autauga County Commission voted to enter an executive session at 5:28 p.m. on March 3, 2026, to discuss pending litigation. The motion to convene the closed session was made by Commissioner John L. Thrailkill and seconded by Commissioner Bill Tatum; the commission recorded a unanimous vote to proceed.
