The Board of Weld County Commissioners voted 4–1 on March 18 to approve Code Ordinance 2026‑O‑2, a repeal and reenactment of chapters 23 (zoning), 24 (subdivisions) and 27 (planned unit developments) of the Weld County Code intended to create a more standardized, predictable land‑use process for applicants.
