Representative Sebelia introduced an amendment to H.93 that would strike the clause committing pilot funds to appraisal uses in subsequent years, saying the change "is simple" and "would not create a hole in the budget." The Chair said the intent was to "protect the per-parcel payments going directly to towns" so those payments are "covered fully into the future" amid a tight fiscal environment.
