The Manvel Planning & Zoning Commission on April meeting unanimously approved a 30‑day extension for Meridian Section 8B and the preliminary and final plats for Meridiana Sections 23 and 16, Primrose Detention Reserve A, and Massey Ranch Horizon, and directed staff to provide written statements of conditions and reasons for disapproved plans consistent with Texas Local Government Code §212.0091.
