Director reports updates: utility art boxes, Grijalva master plan, Hart Park projects and summer programming

Community Services Director Emily Bustamante updated the commission on a utility box art sponsorship program ($3,000 per box), Grijalva Park master-plan engagement (community workshop March 31), Hart Park pickleball and fitness circuit nearing mid-April completion, and recent vendor agreements for aquatics and summer camps.
