Josh Maxwell opened the Chester County Salary Board meeting at 11:17 a.m. on March 11, 2026, and noted Commissioners Mary Moskowitz and Eric Rowe and controller Nick Terabino were present. “Welcome to the Chester County Salary Board meeting,” Maxwell said as he called the session to order and explained the meeting was being recorded and broadcast on the county website (chesco.org).
