The Fernley Planning Commission voted 5-1 to approve a conditional-use permit for Friendly Day Care (CUP 25003) to operate a licensed child-care facility at 95 Main Street. Associate planner Tristan Rodriguez presented the request and recommended approval subject to 12 conditions, including detailed fencing standards for the outdoor play area.
