Public raises objections after abatement item withdrawn from consent agenda

A consent agenda abatement item (6y) was withdrawn for staff revision after multiple residents said they were cited incorrectly and that abatement methods damaged property; Public Works said staff will work with affected owners and the board approved the remainder of the consent agenda.
