Representatives from RLE presented April 7 on a proposal to install energy-efficiency measures including upgraded lighting, pipe insulation and aerators in partnership with Eversource. RLE reported the updated proposal was estimated to be $411 cash positive, improved from a previous $218 estimate, and described a 0% financing structure of $95,000 amortized over 84 months pending Eversource verification of incentives.
