The Wyoming City Council on Oct. 21 approved two land-use permits for the same property at 6641 Lake Boulevard: a conditional use permit for a commercial dog kennel (Top of the Valley Pet Resort, applicant Denise McLaughlin) and an interim conditional use permit for a cannabis retail operation (applicant Billy La Veil of 10000 Bakes).
