Maggie Robinson presented a proposal for the Corrales Community Mural, an 80-square-foot mosaic combining clay and glass that would be built in three thematic panels — past, present and future — with clay elements made by fourth- through eighth-grade students and glass work created by adult artists and volunteers. Robinson said the project includes classroom outreach: volunteers will visit schools to teach local history, animal husbandry and Bosque preservation so students’ work reflects Corrales’ identity.
