3) Speaker identification: I assigned names only where speakers were introduced in the transcript (e.g., S2 as Doctor Burns; S8 as Mr. Steger; S5 answered after a reference to "Rhonda," so S5 is labeled Rhonda Devereaux). If the board's official roster uses different styles (e.g., full names, titles), publications should verify spellings and titles against the district roster. (Severity: low)
